I've been in the service for 27 years now. I have a child with disability, and I learned a lot from him in regard to assisting and helping him. That motivates me helping the elderly people. I also like gardening and outdoor recreations.

The main reason I became a caregiver was to help my father while he was sick with cancer. I wanted to be there for him during his last days of life. I like the fact that I am helping someone feel better and get through rough times. My personal achievement in my life was to make my father proud and succeed in my career. I am an honest down to earth person, I take pride in everything that I do and I also stand behind everything that I say. Hello my name is Maria I am bilingual fluent in Spanish and English. My mother inspired me to be a caregiver, she lost her eyesight due to diabetes and other health problems leaving me in charge of her health care for 12 years which included meal prepping a very restrictive diet, day to day chores, medication reminders, doctor appointments etc. Being a patient and caring person helped my mother when she was down. Years later I had the privilege to do patient care at a liposuction center where I realized that helping people is my calling and what I love to do.

My personal traits is to provide excellent care, companionship, listening and special care services that is needed as required.
