I have been a CNA and went to school for medical training in Respiratory Therapy, xray technician and Heath Science. I have a vast understanding of medical terminology and procedures. I can assist with medical appointments. Most of my clients have some type of memory loss in different stages. I am a mother of one adult child and proud grandmother of a 2 ( 1 just born this year 2024) one grandson who is in college. I have done private catering and I enjoy cooking and juicing fruits and vegetables. I do private over night care and hospice separately from Carelinx. I am very patient and compassionate. I will care for your family member as if they were a member of my family. Rest assured they are in good hands. I will be honored to give exceptional care to your family member. Am a loving person with lots of rooms to learn something new everyday. I have experience in hospital,hospice,nursing homes and homecare setting. Am license in state of colorado with certification in nurse aide and BLS/CPR. I have knowledge of proper care, feeding, wound care, grooming and catheter care. Am a very reliable person who create positive environment and good atmosphere for patient, family member and my coworkers. I have about 13 years experience as a certified nurse aide and also have experience in housekeeping to provide help and encouragement to those who are physically disabled in other to make them feel at home and loved at all time. Am able to work with or without supervision. I am experienced in computer chatting and understand medical terminology. Monitoring patients and providing all kind of activity of daily living are my major task as a certified nurse aide. I Have good experience in most kinds of restraint monitoring and the relief period, Alzheimer, Dementia, Parkinson, sitting with group or one on one patient are also something am very good at.

I've been in the service for 27 years now. I have a child with disability, and I learned a lot from him in regard to assisting and helping him. That motivates me helping the elderly people. I also like gardening and outdoor recreations.

My personal traits is to provide excellent care, companionship, listening and special care services that is needed as required. I'm attracted to being a caregiver because as we get older, special care and attention is needed to take care of our loved ones. I enjoy seeing that smile and look on their faces when I come to the house. My personal achievement is that I've lived to be 60+ years old, I've survived the 2020 Covid-19 Virus and I've practiced keeping everyone around me safe. Vaccinated.

The main reason I became a caregiver was to help my father while he was sick with cancer. I wanted to be there for him during his last days of life. I like the fact that I am helping someone feel better and get through rough times. My personal achievement in my life was to make my father proud and succeed in my career. I am an honest down to earth person, I take pride in everything that I do and I also stand behind everything that I say. I enjoying helping people it 's a great satisfaction to to know I am helping someone.

I have been at this type of work for about 15 years .I love the work , It makes my life more meaningful. To help someone who can not do it without assistance. To make them smile to make their days better. I will treat with the most respect for I to may be here someday.

I have been in the medical field since 1999. I have worked in Homecare, Rehab, Hospital and Office settings. I have specialized in Memory Care, Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injuries and Early Childhood Education. I especially enjoy Homecare settings where I can delivery optimal and comfortable care, companionship and assistance to those whom require/ desire these services. Along with my HHA certification, previous CNA license/ experience I have current BLS, and Drivers License and dependable transportation.
