Hi, I currently provide independent living skills, dementia care, hospice care, nanny, housekeeping, companion care, transportation, senior and home health care services. I have been providing senior care since 2000. My education includes being a current LPN, Bachelors in Social Work, addiction counselor for 5 years and Masters in Human Services. Hi,my name is Gamada. I have been caregiver for the last 8 Year's I loved it in the beginning and I still love it. one day I want to open my own adult family home. I have experience and right training. I use to work in the hospital as a cook for patients when I was in Minnesota and from there I start caring more and more for the patients even though I am just making food but it's beyond making food, I am making a difference in their daily lives and that's when I decided to become a care giver and I love helping people from young to elderly. it's some thing that I am proud of doing.

I'm very much a people person & highly empathetic. I knew I wanted to be a caretaker/Nurse since high school working as a volunteer in local hospital. I come from a family of caretakers so it's in my genetics. I've done many aspects of caregiving from rooming patients in local clinic to skilled unit in nursing facility & Alzheimer's unit. I love geriatric care due to the respect I have for the elderly. They've earned it for surviving through hardships I've only read about & learned in history class, which brings me to the fact that they have the best stories to tell if able to. I take pride in my care & the bigger the challenge it is with not so happy clients/patients I manage to get them to open up a bit & do my best to turn there frown upside down raising there spirits up. I welcome new challenges & learning about something new especially if it helps my care towards my patient. Dementia/Alzheimer's care is my specialty.

I became a caregiver after losing my mom young to a rare lung disease. I have always loved caring for people before I became a nurse. I have worked with medically challenged, assisted living, home-care and hospital settings. I have a love and compassion for all diverse clients. I love being a caregiver because our elders need our help because they can't do it on their own anymore. Seeing how happy they are when your helping them and taking care of them is the best thing to see on peoples faces is that smile seeing they are happy and enjoying them selves. I really didn't have attracted part of becoming a caregiver but once a few people told me to try it I have just loved doing it the last few years I have done it.

I have been requested by my sister-in-law, Barbara Zallar, to assist her with house cleaning. I have had several years of caring for different family members. My care has included light house cleaning, laundry, driving to doctors appointments, preparing breakfast, washing and caring for hurting feet, and bathing. I have cared for different family members after surgery and assisted with everyday care. Such as brushing teeth and hair washing.

Growing up like a child I was given to my grandmother by my parents . I love and cherish her all the day of my adolescent. Then as time kept passing she was aging and became weak and sick . I took great care of her for 6years and never complained cause I realized I was bless with such moment as taking care of her in return for the love and care she showed me as a child . Since then I developed the love and passion to help and render care to those in need especially the aging and the sick. This feeling therefore give meet the uch to go to school and take the course in CNA /HHA which has given me a wilder knowledge and experience as needed in this scope of caregiven . Am I so happy and fulfill in the fact that I know that I can now make someone in the position of such need to smile as I am now a professional in the field. As for my personalilty , I know am very unique, I have alot of achievement such as; I can speak French and English language well , I am respectful, loving, empathy,educated . I have a high school Diploma , a Bachelor's degree , an Attestation of basic IT Training ,a Certificate of completion of 116 hours of traing in CNA/HHA Course as required by the state of MN , and above all detailed -oriented and a quick learner.

Personality traits that i think help me to become a great care giver is being patient, compassionate, a hardworker, and understanding. My mother is also a nurse. I have always looked up to her hard work in her job. We have worked together in the past, and she helped me train to become a great caregiver. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping others and making their day a little bit easier.
