Let me start by telling you how I got into health care. My mother Died in 2017 and it made me want to be a CNA so I could help take care of other peoples parents and grand parents being I'll never get the oppurtunity to take care of my mother in her elderly years. Im a mother to 4 wonderful children who i spend all my time with when im not working to improve our lives. I enjoy being around the elderly and taking care of them. I love listening to their stories of how they grew up and learning from their past experinces. I think the achievement im most proud of is pushing myself to go to school to be a CNA. I look forward to going back and getting my CNA 2 and medication certificate.

I am a wife, mother of 4, and registered nurse. I substitute nurse in an area private school. My belief is that I would make a terrific senior care giver as I have a dear love of elderly people . I would be most interested in daytime care that might include walking, driving to appts, shopping with or for and meal preparation as well . Pets are no problem. Limited to daytime and early eve on a part time basis.

I love helping people. I'm proud that I graduated from college.

I have homeschooled my children since leaving my job to be home with them. I have spent seven years at home running the household and teaching my kids. I continue to do so. I also take care of my father who has advanced dementia. I volunteered for five years in an animal rescue and rehabilitation organization. I am an animal lover. I enjoy being with people in a one to one environment rather than over phones and other technology where we are isolated from each other. I am fond of being outside and believe it does wonders for a person. Activity and exercise are also very important. Connecting with other human beings through love and understanding is what this world needs more than anything these days.

My "first career" consisted in working for the government for 18 years as a contacting officer, which I retired from in 2005. This did not fulfill my needs and passion to be in the healthcare community, which I always secretly longed to do. I pursued a education as a certified nursing assistant and have been in the healthcare field for 7 yrs. I especially love the diversity of taking care of all my patients. I am a great listener and have the passion and determination to treat everyone equally. I have a lot of patience and empathy and try to make all my patients as comfortable as possible. I will treat your loved ones as I would treat my own family. There is no other field of work that makes me feel as whole of a person as healthcare. I especially love to take care of the elderly, as they have so many interesting stories to tell of their lives. Earned a bachelor Degree in kinesiology: exercise science which is the study of the human body movement. I care about health, nutrition, and fitness. With that degree, i've learned ways to help with cardiovascular health problems, lower blood pressure, and things in that sort. I am a hard working, dedicated man. Full committed to any task I begin.
