As a young adult watching my grandmother fight cancer and being a part of her caregiving experience I realized the need for so many out there who needed assistance and that began my search for individuals I could help. I am the oldest child of 8, a mother, former preschool teacher, and have taken care of others nearly my entire life. From friends recovering from surgeries and other medical procedures to family members fighting for their lives and my many students with heath issues and extreme limitations and restrictions over the years...nothing brings me the joy and fulfillment that taking care of others brings.
