I've completed training in the following courses through The Public Authority of Santa Clara County, Last phase of life, mental health, nutrition, personal care, pre-paramedical, Alzheimer's & Dementia Basics, first aid, diabetes, and CPR, to name a few. Being the oldest, and only girl of 4, I Inherited the role of caregiver at a very young age. I started as a babysitter and later in life gravitated towards adult care. I have remained a caregiver because I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and hearing their lives experiences, their knowledge, and the wisdom they often share. For me, there's no greater satisfaction than going home at the end of my workday knowing that my presence made a difference in someone else's day and that I am appreciated.

Having worked in various health care professions, I find it a passion of mine to work with our elderly senior populations. I have both professional and personal experience working with loved ones who may be suffering from Diabetes, requiring assistance with meal preparations, running errands, and providing positive companionship with someone who suffers from Dementia & Alzheimer's Disease. I am proud to say that I am an honorable person who truly cares about anyone they work with, and I will always treat all individuals I provide care for as if they are my own family.

I am a mother of four lovely girls. Ages 21,19, 17 and 11 yrs. old. I graduated as Bachelor Nutrition and Dietetics 1996 and been Registered Dietetians in the Philippines now I am studying Nutrition here in CA to pursue my career for as Registered Dietitian CA for my success is my kids success to help them and inspire them..I will work since 2004 as Caregiver and until now....I love working as a caregiver and be able to help our seniors for they like my extended family for i am been orphans since i was 16 yrs. old so happy to be able to help and by caring with sencerity the family became like my extended family... because Ilost my parents early my children longing grand parents.... me and my husband lost our parents early... My husband lost his mom at age 12 and me i lost my dad i was only 4 years old and my mom at 16 years old so my patients become my extended family to me.... all of my patients even they die now all of there family been my extended family still have a communications with them... so I am a compassionate and loving person so glad to help who needs my help... i love to be your extended family with Tender Loving Care whenever i work with my patients! As pursuing my education and working also with kids part time job as Instructional Assistant for more than five years at Oak Grove School District.... so I can say I love kids and senior too! I am able to work with different types of patient. I have a 25 years of experience as a care giver. I worked at Stanford Hospital and Los Gatos community hospital as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I also worked at home care settings doing personal care, hospice care, and oncology. What makes me a great caregiver is because I am simply: Patient, compassionate, attentive, dependable, and trustworthy.

My name is Judith. I'm a CNA since 2014 and a caregiver since 2012. I first wanted to be a doctor but changed my mind and I'm now trying to be a nurse and in the meantime I'm gaining experience in the field. I like being a caregiver because I serve people while making a big difference in their life. I help people who really can't help themselves and knowing that makes me feel fulfilled. I'm really proud of how much I've learned in a short period of time. I've learned a lot from everyone around me: colleagues, nurses, families, patients, etc.

Caregiver Experience: In the past 14 years I've been both a live-in and live-out caregiver, companion and personal assistant for multiple clients. I've assisted with daily living activities, companionship, meals, transportation and medications reminders. a) I helped a friend take care of her mother for 3 months while she was under the care of Hospice.
