Hi my name is Maritza Pedro I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that not only do I have 6 years of experience. I started really young at this when I was 20 years old. So therefore for me taking care of our elderly has been the most rewarding experience because I have learn so much and truly love what I do. I give my best by understanding their needs and disabilities that they might have. I became a caregiver at a young age my grandparents were living alone so at 16 I started cooking cleaning and helping them with care. It just came natural. As more family members and friends needed me it became a career. I've done in-home care many years also took CNA courses. I love people. My heart is big and it shows in my work . I will be a blessing to any family that needs help with their love ones .
