Hello, I'm Jennafer. I previously worked for a VA Medical Center as a nurses aid. I loved my job, unfortunately I moved and it was too far in distance. I am CPR certified, and have experience with most common elderly illnesses and diseases. I worked with a lot of patients suffering from either dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, urinary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, restorative, and more. I absolutely enjoy making people happy and being part of people's lives, which is one reason I believe makes me great at care giving. I love to talk and companionship is a big plus for me in the healthcare field. I am very compassionate about the care I provide and I enjoy the friendships I get to make. I am always looking for ways and opportunities to better my skills and care. Just for a little extra info, I do speak some spanish, however not too fluent; I also play several musical instruments in which I got to share music with some of the residents I cared for. I am an excellent worker, friend, and companion and I hope to get the opportunity to show and express it to you and your loved one(s)!

I became a caregiver because I am a very compassionate person,I feel that everyone needs a little help at times. I have lots of patients,plus I enjoy meeting knew people. I treat people ,especially the elderly the way I would want to be treated when I am at that age. What makes me a great care giver is i have alot of patiences, very independent, im trustworthy, i have compassion. I love to do what i do and that is to help others in need. My favorite part of enjoying my job is making others feel comfortable, like they have someone talk to or even spend time with. Seeing a smile in their face and telling me how good i was towards them.

I have had the amazing privledge of being a care giver for 30 yrs. Starting when I was 16. I am 27 of age I have one child I use to teach for 7 years and then I transferred over to residential care pca work direct care helping others cleaning cooking and going out into the community helping my grandmother made me want to help others I have a open flexible schedule I went to medical school and graduated with a certificate.
