I love working with elderly and help them and make sure they get to there doctor appointments grocery shopping and remind them to take there medications and help them prep food for them and help them with some chores around the house and make sure they have clean clothes and i enjoy helping elderly people out i helped my grandmother for 15 years of my life

My passion for healthcare began about the age of five. For many years my dream career was to become a doctor. As I aged and researched into a career as a doctor, I realized that medical school was far too expensive for my financial situation. Regardless, of this financial set back, I knew that healthcare was the career field I wanted to pursue. I have always had a caring, loving, nurturing, helpful, compassionate, caregiver disposition and character. The greatest personal reward for me is the joy I feel at the end of each day knowing I have done something to make someones day happier, healthier, and more productive. I find joy in seeing others happy, healthy, and successful. I think everyone, regardless of life daily hurdles or set-backs, should always have someone in their life that helps them to see their full potential and encourages them to become as successful at whatever it is they want to accomplish in their life. Nothing is impossible, and everyone has their own personal level of successes. I am an extremely experienced and educated healthcare worker and I am a amazing caregiver because I truly love the profession and care for the people I working for. I have been working in healthcare off and on from the age of 18, over the past 22 years. I have a AAS degree in medical administration and Certifications for CNA, PCA, CPR, BLS, Passed the HHA exam through my current job at Nightingale Home Health Care, and multiple years experience working in home health care. I come from a life that was not easy so with all the little things I learned how to appreciate them at a young age .Thus being said I have had a natural compassion for kindness my whole life because I know that happy feeling when you get cared for or appreciated which makes it easy for me.What attracted me was just not having much family so taking care of people made me feel like I was part of a big family.I just love all the wisdom you can take in from all the different lives people have lived. I made 10 year at age 30 was a great achievement.

I enjoy care giving. I have done this for 9 years... all daily cares.... vitals. And. Neuros. Blood sugars. Cleaning. Laundry. I really like when. The residents remember me and smile everytime I. See them. Im proud of doing a good job and getting everything completed. I have. Three girls that I do support myself. Such silly girls.

I have grown up around nursing homes and group homes. My mother was CNA when I was young and I always loved spending my days there. I enjoy working directly with individuals to make their day easier and better. I like being able to connect with residents and being able to enjoy spending time together. I'm very proud of completing school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Although my license has lapsed, I would love to go back and re-ceritify.

I became a CNA because of personal experience with people taking care of my mom and how they were with her and our family was amazing. I've always wanted to be like they were to other families. I love getting to know all sorts of different people and hearing their stories. My biggest achievement when it comes to being a CNA is when family members come up to me and tell me how much they truly appreciate my help. I have been an aid now for just a little under three years and I have loved every minute of it.

My personality traits are, I'm very caring, I'm always listening, I have lots of patience, I'm reliable. I wanted to be a caregiver bc I love helping people who need the help. I wanna be able to make a difference in the world even if it starts with only a couple people. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being there for the person. Being there listening if they wanted to talk about there day. Being able to help them do stuff if they're not able to do it themselves. A personal achievement I'm proud of is graduating high school and now starting real estate school.
