Hi, my name is Dynita. I am a 20 year old female from Goldsboro, NC. I was interested in being a caregiver as I was growing up watching my mother work. I grew to began having love to build bonds with elders.

I love taking care of people. I grew up taking care of my grandparents an loved doing this as a person I feel as if everybody should love an support to people that need help from caregivers. An I would love to care for anybody that needs my care an love an support I started doing caregiving work because I had grandparents that was in need a that was the highlight of my life. A then started caring for others I enjoy caring for others an helping them do stuff they love to most. I offer services only on weekends Saturday an Sundays from 8a.m. To 2p.m.

I am excellent at assisting individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, disabled persons, or people suffering from chronic or mental disorders. Which include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and providing companionship. I enjoy the flexibility and independence in with my work. I enjoy working one-on-one with someone and developing a relationship with my clients. I am creative and think on my feet. I like tasks such as cooking for someone, helping with errands/shopping, conversing and participating in activities with your client. I am passionate about working with elderly and disabled populations.

I have been a caregiver for 11 years. I love the work I do! I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my clients and learning how I can better assist them. I also take pride in being able to make their life easier while encouraging them to do what they still can for themselves. My favorite part is the relationship I have with my clients, getting to know them and learning about their life. I enjoy learning from them and hope they can learn something from me as well. I have a very caring, positive and patient personality. I am an advocate of the vulnerable population. I believe the number one trait for a great care giver is to truly care about the people we are taking care of. It is a good feeling at the end of a day knowing I made someone's day better.

Hey my name is Donayjah Hamilton , I am 20 years old I enjoy working with older or younger clients that want/need my assistance. I grew up caring for my uncle in a wheelchair and as I grew older I knew that being a caregiver was something I wanted to pursue in . I enjoy meeting new people learning new ways to communicate and helping others .

I feel I am a great candidate for this position because I am a hardworking person I am always open and excited to learn new things while also being able to help others and grow with a company. I was interested and being a care giver due to me having to help care for my grandfather suffering from a stroke, and a bad case of dementia before he passed away last year. What I enjoyed most about being a caregiver is being able to be helpful to people that may not be able to do things on their own anymore. And with me being young it also helps me to appreciate life more and helps me be thankful that I am able to do things that others may suffer or need help with and use my abilities to assist others.

I am compassionate and respectful when it comes to providing care for disabled, elderly and children. I am willing to travel, administer medication and assist with daily living. I'm proud of continuing my education into the nursing field. I have my certification in medical assistant and medication aide for adult care. I'm currently taking all my prerequisites classes needed to get into the nursing program at James Sprunt Community college. I enjoy seeing my residents happy and satisfied. I assist with ADL, bathing, showers, feeding, mail care, hair care, catheter care, perineal care, cleaning,, using lifts to transfer , changing occupied and unoccupied beds, charting , weights, changing briefs, assisting residents to the rest room using a transfer belt or walker, cleaning out bedside commode.
