My name is Lisa. I'm an LPN. I have 7 years of experience working as a group home manager. I'm friendly, compassionate, organized, and outgoing. I enjoy caring for people and going out of my way to help others in need. I'm flexible with my work schedule and willing to travel if needed.

I have worked 2 jobs since I was 15 years old. I have always been a multi-tasker and long to do for others. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 30 years. We have a beautiful daughter who graduated from WVU with a degree in biology and is now on her way to medical school. I find taking care of others is very gratifying. I also have a private catering business. Needless to say.... cooking is one of my favorite hobbies along with gardening. It would be my pleasure to have the opportunity to care for someone and have their family secure in my help for their loved one.

I have been taking care of others for over 20 years. From infants to teens to the elderly. I have always been a "mother" figure, even as a child. Taking care of others just came so naturally to me. They have each given me the knowledge and opportunity in their own way to learn that it takes love, patience, discipline, empathy but most of all consistency to be a Caregiver. To raise a child or guide and show a teen that you're not giving up on them. Or to prove to a golden years patient that they can trust you with their care. I guess what attracted me to this line of work was simple. I am a very warm, empathetic person so again it just seems natural to take care of others. I am not the type to step over a person in need, I am the type to lift them up. A personal achievement that I am extremely proud of is my son. My 3 year old baby boy Jaxson. He is quite literally the best thing I have ever done in my entire life and I am in awe of him & so very grateful to be his Mother. He, is what this is all for. Thank you.
