I am patient and loyal. I have a background in nursing and worked in various specialties in the nursing field. I served as the primary caregiver for my mother from 2001 until her death in 2017. She had severe dementia with psychotic episodes, and require constant supervision. She was bedfast for the last year of her life, and required intensive nursing care.

I am a loving and caring person and I love helping others. I love my job and what it allows me to do for others. I have been on the receiving end of having a loved one get very sick and bounce back and forth from nursing home to hospital so I know all too well not just the physical but the emotional strain that situations like these can have for people and family's. This is why I try my best to help the best I can in any situation. I choose to get into this line of work because unfortunately I had to see first hand with a loved one that not everyone is properly taken care of or even cared about in these situations and that is just awful and unfair. When my loved one passed away I vowed to make a difference, even if its just one person or a small few its better then none or just doing nothing.

I have over 20 years experience,I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. I enjoy being a care giver because Meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves is so rewarding to me . I am extremely proud of how much strength I have & to me life is a gift that should never be taken lightly. I believe that each of us goes through a journey in life to learn lessons. Once those lessons are learned, which will take many different lifetimes, one would move onto the next level of living. I believe that the reason I am here, the reason that people exist, is to give and receive Devine love. I have set many goals for myself that reflect why I am here and the reason I care for others . As far as myself I am very easy to get along with & am a giver & have so much love & compassion for home care & enjoy every aspects of it ! Also I'm a fast learner & always eager to assist and help .

The passion that comes with serving, caring, creating a change and making people happy and comfortable by meeting their needs was what attracted me to being a caregiver. Such as MS, Spinal Cord injury, Cancer, Alzheimer's, Dementia and so much more. I enjoy working with others. I do light cooking for them, light housekeeping, running errands for them, accompanying them with appointments, laundry, etc. I have been doing this work for 13yrs. I I am self- employed as well I have worked for an Agency, and even nursing homes. My clients you might as well say they are like family to me. I treat them as if they were my own.
