I helped care for my grandfather from the time my grandmother passed and started off with light duties, such as chaffeuring him around, running errands, preparing meals, and helping him get undressed and in bed. Over the course of my care, my duties expanded to helping with medication, scheduling appointments, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and showering/bathing. I am a very caring and loving person and find it easy to get along with anyone I meet. I pride myself in always seeing the best in people and trying to understand an individual's point of view. Since I was a young boy, I cared deeply about the well-being of others and making people feel comfortable. I love connecting with people and learning and sharing their interests. I'm proud to say that my grandfather lived to be 84 and enjoyed a comfortable six years under my care when the doctors believed he would quickly follow his wife.

I am a very caring person. I love making ANYONE around me smile, even if I don't know someone, if one crosses my path and looks down I will do something funny so I can see it brightened their day. Everyone needs to feel special and know that SOMEONE in their life cares if they are ok and happy. I am that one that will care no matter the situation. I don't mind taking temporary assignments, maybe there's something coming up that you need help or something unexpected has happened and you find yourself needing some help.
