I became a caregiver because I grew up with 2 grandparents, whom both had dementia. Always helping them and making sure they were comfortable came naturally to me. Everyone's needs are different and I'm always able to adjust. I'm great at comforting and helping elders when they feel they've become dependent.

He has a spinal defect which does not allow his brain to be signaled when it is time to use the bathroom. He has been to a neurologist, urologist, gastroenterologist, and a physiatrist to help solve the issue. To my dismay they did not have the solution I was looking for. Presently I homeschool my child and am working on alternative methods for his cure!
