I was introduced to the world of healthcare and caregiving when I was just a child transitioning into my teen years. I took care of my grandmother when she was ill up until she passed and she would constantly tell me how fine of a nurse I would be. It was this experience that attracted me to the field of caregiving. Following this I took some CNA classes and it was caregiving from there. I have a passion for helping people and being a caregiver has enabled me to fulfill this passion. It joys me to see my patients happy and full of positivity. It makes me smile to know that the care I provide can make them feel better, and makes them feel comfortable, allowing them to feel loved and cared for. This is what I enjoy most about my field of work. I am a great listener and pay much attention to their needs, and their care, and am a very effective communicator. I love being a caregiver.

I have been in the caregiving business since 2007. I have done all aspects of care including hiring, training and staffing caregivers.

Retired RN recently moved to AZ. Been in medical field over 30 years and am looking to continue patient care.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 10 years now. I have experience in a hospital setting, nursing home setting, private care, hospice and home health. I absolutely love helping others and those who need assistance. It is rewarding for me to see a smile on my client's face. I am very knowledgeable in medical equipment and transferring. Some of the most interesting and wise people I've come across have actually been those whom I've helped!

I like working with people who need assistance.One of my patients just needed some extra attention while living in a LTC facility, and I was able to help her to get better and go home. That was such a joyous occasion! She was not very old, and working with her was very easy. I have been caring for people since I was 12 yrs old. One lady was a friend of my great grandma who was paralyzed. She had some pics of her standing up between two of her friends. She was a tall lady. She always wanted me to care for her cats. I cared for a neighbor near my parents house. She only had one arm and needed help opening cans, sweeping, cooking and laundry in an old fashioned ringer washer.I have worked in WA and in CA as a CNA and had an EMT license to supplement my skills. I have also worked for a hospice company in CA. I cared for patients in their homes that had Alzheimers, Cancer, AIDS, and more. One patient I cared for in my home in a w/c who had Downs syndrome and Celiacs disease and no teeth. He had to see a nutritionist to find the proper diet which was mostly rice and meat.

I became a caregiver about a year ago for a wonderful lady through our church. I was very blessed to get this job because it made me see things differently. I’ve always had compassion for people with special needs but I truly experienced how differently your life becomes. My goal everyday became to do anything I could to make her smile. Sometimes that meant being as silly as I could be. I have been a nanny/ caregiver about a total of 9 years. I am a thirty something mom of a 13 year old daughter who is absolutely amazing. I am married to a wonderful man who I met through church. We’ve been married about 2 & ½ years now and loving every moment. We are very involved in church. I teach a group called Stars for girl’s 3rd -5th grade. It’s a bible based group that teaches girls exciting new things while learning about God. I’ve lived in Kingman about 7 years now and am about to embark on being a first time homeowner.

I practiced as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Georgia for 25 +years. .I have extensive knowledge and experience in numerous areas of nursing from dialysis to adult and pediatric homehealth, mental health and assisted living facilities with an emphasis on Alzheimer's and dementia resident's. I have worked as a private live-in / live out caregiver for the past 10 years. I have had clients who needed minimal care and those with extensive care needs I am a very down to earth no nonsense type of person. I enjoy the companionship of our elders . I am dependable, hardworking and treat my clients as if they were my own family. I am available Friday evenings, Saturday, Sunday, Monday day or night and Tuesdays day time

I am a caring person and love being a caregiver. Ingot in to caregiving taking car of grandpa. I had to do it so got certified and educated. I worked along side hospice. I am proud of my continuing education.
