I enjoy working in a home setting as I am an upbeat and positive person that believes a person is happier and more comfortable being cared for in their on environment. I am detail oriented. I enjoy making someones day better. Giving a person respect and dignity is very important to me. I feel the most important achievement that I have done in this field was helping a family of three at the same time with extensive duties and fulfilling all their needs. My other achievement is having 2 beautiful grown daughters and grandsons. I would like to ad that I am articulate about my work and getting it done in a timely manner and don't believe in taking shortcuts. I am also a great companion. I love to read even out loud! I am also good at writing correspondence for someone if its need. I am also very compassionate. I am also willing to travel to a job if it is an overnight situation . I have a food handlers card for Arizona and have also passed an online caregiver course with high score. I am willing to work in an overnight situation or even travel to areas for working a live in situation.

I am currently canvassing the community for a position that will allow me to work with the general public. I have 20 years experience in the medical field. I am well versed in public contact, hard working team player, kind and patient. I have found working with the general pubic to be both challenging and rewarding. I became a Caregiver in 1991 when my grandma needed someone, tough me to be understating and caring to each one needs. Everyone said I have a HEART OF GOLD.

I was introduced to the world of healthcare and caregiving when I was just a child transitioning into my teen years. I took care of my grandmother when she was ill up until she passed and she would constantly tell me how fine of a nurse I would be. It was this experience that attracted me to the field of caregiving. Following this I took some CNA classes and it was caregiving from there. I have a passion for helping people and being a caregiver has enabled me to fulfill this passion. It joys me to see my patients happy and full of positivity. It makes me smile to know that the care I provide can make them feel better, and makes them feel comfortable, allowing them to feel loved and cared for. This is what I enjoy most about my field of work. I am a great listener and pay much attention to their needs, and their care, and am a very effective communicator. I love being a caregiver.

My daughter Ashley was born with Hydrocephylis and Cerebral palsy which required 24/7 loving care for 15 years. I enjoy caring for patients who rely on the best care and allowing them to continue to live life with laughter and not focus on their challenges. I am proud of completing the necessary courses to be a caregiver outside of my personal endeavors. I am also a Certified Food Handler and have completed 88 classroom hours under ALCTP-0017 CC Health care Training on September 2015. Also carry a clearance card with the State of Arizona Department of Public Safety.

As early as the 4th grade I preferred to be around the elderly. Everyday after school and during the summer was spent with Grandma and papa. Grandma and I would talk and watch big valley, Then I would walk papa to the store since he could not see. From there I took classes for activity director and help jobs both private and in group homes. The elderly have so much to share and only want to be treated with kindness and dignity. I have also held a job as a back office nursing assistant. I love being around people, However the elderly hold a special place for me. I have done some hospice. and post operation care. It is important to make them comfortable.

My name is Ashlie-Anne. Im 24 and im a good person to be around. I work well with people and love to help any way I can. I have been helping a friend as he calls me his caregiver for 3 yeara now and I love what I do to help him and his wife. I love helping out with anything I can because I know those things are appreciated when I leave. I know there chores are done without harm to themselves. I am willing to what it takes to help in any way i can.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 10 years now. I have experience in a hospital setting, nursing home setting, private care, hospice and home health. I absolutely love helping others and those who need assistance. It is rewarding for me to see a smile on my client's face. I am very knowledgeable in medical equipment and transferring.
