In a capsule, it is very important to respond immediately to patient's call for assistance and/or treatment with the goal of creating a safe, effective environment to make a difference in the lives of the patient & their families. Im a compassionate person with a good sense of humor, i love taking care of elders with respect the way i took care of my parents, im a type of guy who has patience with people , My achievement being a Caregiver when my patient had stroke ,his left arm and legs couldnt move, I used hoyerlift when transferring him from bed to wheelchair, After months of exercise he began to walk with assistance with a walker
