Hello, I am a young energetic, helpful, and compassionate young woman that just graduated from Indiana University. As a caregiver I believe in working with the client versus working for the client. It is imperative to me as a caregiver to learn what's best for the client to provide personalized care. I am passionate about caring for others and working with them to be able to live and cope with daily life. I've been a Licensed CNA for 4 in a half years. I've worked in nursing homes assisted livings hospitals and mental/substance abuse units. I'm very genuine loving and understanding when it comes to my work because i know it's hard to find that in the healthcare field nowadays, it's like everyone just does it for the money and no passion behind it. Although i like to get paid it's genuine passion that comes with me. I got into this field because of my grandmother so i proud myself on treating my patients clients and/or residents as such. I'm currently in nursing school, well doing my prerequisites for nursing school at Ivy Tech Community College I'm super proud and excited about that because going back for my R.N has been a goal of mine since i became a CNA back in 2019. Im just proud that I'm actually and finally in the process of making that happen! Dominating and changing the healthcare industry is my end game.

Hello! My name is Andrea, you may also call me Andy (for short) I've been a CNA since 2008. What's helped me enjoy my career more than anything is my residents & families. I consider everyone I have got the pleasure of taking care of like extra grandparents and I couldn't thank their families enough for sharing them with me. I've been trained & also have worked with Alzheimer's, & dementia. My grandmother whom I took care of for a couple years also had this disease. I've been trained on hoyer lifts many times. Also I've been educated on puree foods, thicken liquids & mechanical soft. I have a family of 2 of which I absolutely adore. My 13 yr old son & 1 yr old little girl. They keep me busy when I'm not working our summers consist of baseball games, swimming & learning something new everyday.

I am a very laid back person, I enjoy working with elderly people who isn't able to help themselves. Well I stayed with the company for 7plus years and I had one of my clients died on me we became very close and I have worked some ungrateful clients who were bossy mean out of the 5 clients I had 1 was I could not deal with anymore . Hello! My name is Rose. I have been a caregiver for about 4 professional years and personally all my life. I have always had the skills and manners of a Caregiver which is why I am able to not only do an exceptional job but also enjoy doing it. I became a caregiver, because I have been the caretaker of everyone I know. I started nannying and loved it. That's why I decided to switch it up a bit by working with an older group. I found such a passion in caregiving. My goal is to start a non-medical Health Care Facility in the next 5 years.
