I am a dedicated and compassionate individual that is able to provide services for the aging and individuals with disabilities. I have experience with activities of daily living, personal care, job coaching and companionship.

I became a CNA in 1997 when my aunt was in a nursing home. I saw all the folks that needed love and care and thought I would give it a try. Well 2014 I am still a caregiver and can not imagine doing anything else. I have worked in Long Term Care, Home Health Agencies , Group Homes and private duty. My favorite being private duty with one on one care. I love helping people with their everyday needs and try to put some spice in their life by taking them out or offering fun activities in the home. I am willing to travel away from home, currently all my clients are in Centre County.

I'm a very easy person to get along with. Always on time and always make sure my clients are comfortable and needs taken care of asap. I enjoy being a care giver because I enjoy being thr person that can make someone else very comfortable and able to do for them what they can't do.

I feel like my personality traits/ expertise for being a great caregiver is that I have a big heart with everyone I care for my clients as they are my own family. I've did in home care for many years along with working in personal care homes and nursing homes. Had some personal issues happen and stopped for awhile. But am wanting to get back into it. I have my CNA, CPR/ FIRST AID CERT., and I'm certified in BLOOD BORN PATHOGENS .

I have 13 years of experience as a certified nursing assistant. I enjoy helping others and seeing a smile on their faces just makes my day. I have worked in a nursing home setting, in home care, private care and hospice care.
