I am a very caring person. I hate to see people in need and not help. I became a caregiver because I wanted to be help to those who couldn't help themselves. I enjoy what I do.

I am 20 years old, and I wanted to become a caregiver because I thoroughly enjoy helping people in need. I plan to become a Registered Nurse so I can further my career in care giving. I am patient when it comes to taking care of the elderly, I am highly respectful of them and let them set the pace when there is a certain everyday living activity we are accomplishing; I do my best to encourage them and let them make decisions about their care so they can stay as independent as possible, and it is my personal goal each day to walk in with a smile on my face to ensure that my patient and their families know I am more than happy to help them in any way that I can. I am also very understanding when it comes to families worrying about certain things with their lived one(s) and do my best to assure them that I will always keep my patient's best interest at heart. I do my best to comfort families during the grieving process when their loved one(s) pass away by praying for them and telling them they will be in my prayers, and that God will be with them through the difficult time.

I'm Amber I've grown up working with the elderly and disabled my mom is a RN and my sister as well nursing homes and hospitals throughout my life has been my second home I have a passion for caring for people anyone from young to elder. I believe once people have overlooked my tattoos, they see what type of heart and love I have for helping people. I've been taking care of people born with intellectual disabilities for almost three years now. I left school like most kids and home schooled to help with my great grandmother and I loved seeing her being took care of properly.

I am currently a full time student at Alabama State University. I graduate May 2020 and plan on going back to school to obtain a doctorate degree in physical therpy. During my down time I like shopping, reading, and traveling.

I became a care giver right after a love one became ill, so I started taking classes in the healthcare industry, to educate myself on different illnesses, so I enter trade for Cna got certificate, then I return and got CMA certificates I do it because I love helping people who other wise may or may not be taking care with love, patience,comparison,I been in medical field for 9years.
