I became a caregiver to help others, it's always given me pleasure knowing I was able to make someone else's life a little better. I like being a caregiver because it allows me to give back what has been in me. The thing I'm mostly proud of is how much I've accomplished throughout my life. I'm 37 years of age and I've been a CNA for about 13 years now. I'm a very family-oriented, compassionate person who cares about the level of care I provide to others. I'm very dedicated to those I provide services for. I believe in the clients' right to choose his/her care along with treating the client and their loved ones with dignity and respect.

My passion has always been to support someone who honestly need help, what makes me a wonderful caregiver is, I truly love taking care of my elders and understanding their needs and service, (s)them as if they were my family , and knowing that I could help and put a smile on someone face for just helping , is always going to be a proud moment for me

My personality traits is I'm a hard worker, my elderlys know they can count on me for anything . My grandmother who passed away from kidney cancer is who motivated me to become a caregiver before she passed I was helping her around the house. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my elderly faces being able to help them with things they struggle with. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is being a helper being there for people who might not have no one and treating them like they are my family

What makes me a great caregiver is my motivation and dedication towards my passion. I'm very engaging, I'm always the leader of the group, I can build relationships with residents, family, and coworkers and understand them on a mental/emotional level. When I was younger my abuelo ( grandpa ) was in the ICU and I always seen the RN's do their job and was so interested... the rest is history! A personal achievement I'm proud of is finishing my CNA course I'm one step away from getting my CNA license!

Being prideful, positive, and empathetic makes me a great caregiver. As a kid, I'd always tell my parents that I want to do something great for someone. As I got older, my passion for working with the elderly grew! I would volunteer for local nursing homes & go and visit residents on my free time. The things I enjoy the most about being a caregiver are just being able to put a smile on someone's face & be their extra support when they need it! I am most proud of the personal growth such as self control and communication skills that I have learned over the years.

I'm 23 years old , I'm in college , and I'm looking to take care of a loved one and create a bond . what makes me a great caregiver is that I'm attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. I'm patient, and understand that people especially elderly needs constant care and attention. It's the caregiver's job, therefore, to be attuned to those needs even if the patient doesn't or is unable to communicate them. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. Also taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I became a caregiver(cna) because ive always had a desire to help people. I love seeing smiles on the persons face after youve helped them, and the warm feeling you get when you get attached to them. I have achieved being the first in my family to graduate high school and pursue a career in the medical field.
