I am a fun, loving and easy to get along person with empathy towards my caregiving careers. I love to talk with new people and try to build up positive relationships as possible. I've spent the last 15 + years caring for my teenagers, their friends and their schools. if there was a place to help out I was usually there, and often stayed for years. my work experience is mostly in office administration, but this is not what I want to return to. I studied to be a drug and alcohol counselor, but would like to be able to help others as well, so I am looking into caregiver work. I would like to do something meaningful, and that I enjoy. I am a quick learner, and always up for a challenge. I have a ton of patience that I have developed over the years. I love learning new things, and I love helping people. I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 10. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. And I have worked in several hospitals in San Francisco and in the East Bay as well. I am bilingual , I speak English and Spanish and i own my car .
