I started caregiving within my family when I was young teenager. Since I started caregiving I always felt good and honest about helping others who need it. I've been caregiving for 5 years and every time I walk into someone's home that feeling of being really eager to lend a helping hand never fades and the feeling of leaving someone's home after being caring and supportive and gentle makes me feel like a very accomplished person.

Hello! I would like to tell you a little about myself. I grew up here in Niwot, Colorado, and currently live in Evergreen. I am the proud mother to two amazing daughters. I'm blessed with a wonderful son-in-law and the most loving grandson I could ask for. My heart just keeps expanding! I started my career as a Certified Nursing assistant at Boulder Manor Care center in Boulder, Colorado. I provided our residents assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, toileting, meals, exercise, activities, and transportation for over 5 years. I have always been a nurturing empathetic person and this position was a beautiful fit. I changed career paths to pursue Management and spent the past 23 years Managing jewelry, furniture, and Travel retail shops. I enjoyed learning new skills and continuing opportunities to teach, train and broaden the abilities of myself and my employees. I have come full circle and am now the sole caregiver for my father who has heart failure and for several home health clients with varying degrees of needed assistance. I look forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships with clients that could use my experience, expertise, and kindness in making their lives a little easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
