I enjoy taking my clients out on social outings, grocery shopping, lunch, errands, etc. I Am also able to provide dependable transportation to and from doctor appointments. I have experience in being an advocate for my clients at doctor appointments. I can fill in the gaps between the Doctor My client and family members in regards to communication and Care plan. I am observant dependable and caring when it comes to client/patient needs. I enjoy providing quality custom-made care.

I have much fulfillment in taking care of people. I knew since a very young age a career in serving others was my passion. I became a can in 1991 lookin for a different career path then . worked in nursing rehabilitation home for 3 years learned so much . I did work in for agencies for in home visits as well for the next 7 years. I continued my education in Georgia to become a cma certified medical assistant. I have recently taken a can course at Cumberland health center . recertified can cpr/ first aid .

I originally became a caregiver to make sure my mom was going to be well taken care of when she got a certain age. Some years ago my girlfriend got sick and needed assistance with someone who could help her with feeding, dressing, hair care and house cleaning. Not knowing what I know today back then, I was still able to fulfill that gap and enjoyed myself while doing it. What I like the most is the smile that I leave on my clients face daily. My personal achievement I am proud of is completing my certification. Not only am I able to take care of my friend and/or my mom when need be but I now know a lot more than I did when I started school. I am 56 years of age. I love my job in taking care of any one who may need my help. I have a warm heart. I complain of nothing or no one. I am a very hard worker. I come early and stay late. I love a challenge.
