Hello, my name is Angelica. I've been someone who goes above and beyond for people for as long as I've been able to. I have a kind spirit and making sure people are cared for properly has always been my main focus. It wasnt until highschool that I knew how to get started in a career that allowed me to do that. I've been a volunteer caregiver since 2019 and became certified and paid to do it starting December of 2020. Being as young as I am; I always had little nagging feelings about whether or not I was making an impact in patient's lives. It wasn't until I looked back at all the families I've cared for, as well as started working in a rehab facility, that I realized how much help I provide. I've had patients become emotional and show how grateful they are that I'm able to be so kind, patient, gentle, and humane all while making sure they are being taken care of fully. I believe that to be the thing I enjoy most about myself as a caregiver. It isn't "just a job," it's taking the time to help people who need it and treating them as the worthy people they are. It's also an achievement for me to remain this caring, disciplined person I've always been. Why I'm a good candidate for your family? I am the definition of dependable and responsible. Families and Providers trust me, because they know I am capable, passionate, and worthy of the task. Most people love for me to be around to keep things tidy, because i am excited when i see messes. I am a certified nursing assistant. I was a former dietary aide in Buckhead, Atlanta, Ga and after some time of working very close with the elderly residents and staff I decided I wanted a career change as a CNA. I attended Covenant CNA school and received my graduating diploma and license in less than 4weeks. Since then I have develop a host of professionalism in various skills far as Total care, Dementia/Alzheimer, Gtube Feedings, Hospice/Palliative care and more. I have worked in all settings from Homecare, Assited Living, Hospice and Nursing home Rehab Facility

Highly motivated, very patient and trustworthy, extensive experiences in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, recently included adherence to hospice care,also medication and nutrition management, I love what I do this has been my passion since I took care of my ailing mother until she passed, I always feel so accomplished whenever I helped someone who has disabilities, excellent references and ability to drive.
