I became a caregiver because of my mother, At the age of 10 my mother died and I couldn't do nothing to help her. So I decided to get in the medical field for that reason. I love being a caregiver because it is a passion of mine to see people smile, and live there life to the fullest. Some of my achievements are attending school for certification, and also I am now enrolled in school for Health Information Systems and Business Administration. I chose this field because I want to make sure the patients get the treatment, respect, and etc they deserve. Caregiving is in my heart, I have been taking care of people for over 27 years and I love it. I have a heart for people. My greatest achivement professionally is the ability to understand people and to help people in need, to understand words that aren't spoken, I currently work for a Hospice company for the last 6 years being a CNA is one of my greatest gifts. Im very caring and compassionate, i love being able to help others. Ive cared for individuals young and old. Ive volunteered for hospice. I have also cared for my mother and brother who both had cancer until their passing. Im not sure if anyone would have to care for me one day. Prayerfully i will receive the same love and compassion that ive shown others.

Im 35 years, I enjoy taking care of others as if they were my own family. Im dependable, dedicated, outgoing, love getting to know others, have a lot of patience. I am a nurturing and compassionate and truly enjoy taking care of others.

After caring for my grandmother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's I developed a passion. I enjoy and just love caring for the elderly. Knowing that you can make their life a little easier.

I graduated in 1997 and became an RN. I've been working as a critical care nurse ever since. Recently, I've had to change my focus due to medical reasons but I still LOVE taking care of others. I hope I'm given the chance to get back to work in a field I love.
