Hello, my name is Jerry. I've been working as a certified HCA (caregiver) for 4 years. I am certified in the state of California. I recently relocated to Owatonna. Most of my experience is with dementia and hospice care. But I've worked in many different situations, Group homes, and floor coverage in memory care assisted living facilities. I've also worked with handicapped people and people with severe mental and physical developmental disabilities. ( I am also a certified DSP in CA), I have been thoroughly background-checked by each of the two agencies that I received most of my clients from. I have a completely clean record, and a clean driving record too. I love this job very much. I am reliable and honest, and I always have a very calm and friendly demeanor, which is why I work very well will elderly people. That's my favorite. But I am perfectly happy taking care of younger people too.

I have a natural personality , willing to serve, with passion, love , care,dependable and honest, .Through my experience for nanaying overseas it develops and frame me to work with dignity and intigrity. Although i have the accent of my speaking language caused i came from Philippines, But I can assure that i can work , and can be trusted . I am willing to switch my job to caregiving from residents associates in one of Senior Living in Faribault MN.

I bring to the table 10 years of taking care of elderly all the way to mental illness. I love that we can allow the elderly to stay in their homes for as long as possible. I work full time at Mayo Clinic and looking to make extra cash. I also pick up at home instead going to clients homes and helping them with what they need

I have a huge heart, filled with compassion for all those I come in contact with. It is in my soul to be a caregiver and a helper! I am currently studying social work to grow in my skills of being a care provider! I have over 7 years of experiences providing direct care to adults and children. Adding another 6 years of housekeeping and cleaning experiences to add to my skills. I enjoy being around others and very social and love to socialize and build positive relationships with all my clients and families providing assistance to. Why did I become a Caregiver? I have been gifted with Compassion and Empathy. My diverse life experiences have allowed me to care for people with Dignity and Grace. I see those I care for as a whole person not Just their disease, disability or situation. During my hands on experience in Group Homes, One on One companionship, Private CNA Caregiver, Nursing Home and Nanny experience. I have acquired many skills and tools that have allowed me to care for others with dignity and grace. Despite their dementia, schizophrenia, autism, Asperger's, or mental illness. The Individuals I care for celebrate this person-centered care. I see and respect them as the most important person in my Now. A personal achievement I am proud of is my Patience, Love and Understanding. My ability to adapt quickly. I moved to Florida three summers ago from Minnesota. I have yet to get used to the Florida summers. However, I do enjoy and embrace the Flora, Foliage and Fauna. I see something new everyday. My new favorite Florida bird is the Painted Bunting. I love living Life on Life's Terms. What a Beautiful Gift.
