I am a down to earth person funny is easy going I have eight years experience at Home Health Aide working with dementia patients companionship med tech assisted living currently I'm a PCT Blake Medical Center . I love helping people making their lives easier I love talking to people making them laugh and helping them feel better. Caring has been my passion since I was little as my parents told me. I love my job as a caregiver simply because it's my passion to care!!! I have many seniors that are still alive but still want me to care for them just because of our relationship, but because of my schooling, and areas they are,won't just allow me to do that, but I still connect with them on phones. Taking care of seniors is a privilege for me because it makes me remember that, one day, am gonna be like them and this makes me want to care for them, better than anyone! Being a senior isn't a sin but a blessing!!! The most reason why all seniors need a good caregiver like me!

Hello! My name is Reina and I am 18 years old. I am currently working as a hostess, but I previously worked at a dementia care facility in Sycamore, IL. I was responsible for at least 25 residents at a time, so I am able to effectively time manage, reduce fall risks, and offer great companionship. I absolutely loved working there, but it was hard for me to balance school and work. Now that I have graduated I am looking for a more personal and stable job. I love my residents and always will! As well as a RCA, I also assisted in activities and exercise programs for the residents at the facility!

I have been doing home health care with my mom for Alzheimer's and dementia patients since I was 13 years old. I love helping people and helping them feel more comfortable. And still feel like they have their independence.

I am a very upbeat and positive person. I feel I was put on this earth to help others whenever I can. I always go out of my way to be kind and assist others however I can. If someone needs to just vent, I will listen while giving them all my attention. I want them to feel they are my top priority, because they are. I have worked with people with mental illness and addiction issue, bipolar and then there are the medical issues....these people need love and someone to be there for them, to spend time with them...sometimes just to be "present" for them. Give them the integrity they deserve and if they are on their way out of this place, let them know they matter and can move on if that be the case.
