I am laid back and easy going. My clients like me because I allow them to do whatever they're able to do. I only help them to keep them safe. I feel my client find their autonomy one of the most important things they have left. I love this work. I feel like I'm an important part of these people's lives. The one thing I hate is when I have to leave them for one reason or another.

What attracted me to be a caregiver is just seeing how many people need help and knowing I can offer the help even before becoming a caregiver. I have 3 kids ranging from 6 years old to 18 months old! My 6 year old is Autistic but I manage well with everything! I always work everything at home around my work schedule! I am a girl that likes to be early to everything! Lateness is not acceptable! I have worked in Assisted living since I was 19 years old; from 2015 to 2020! I currently work with special needs adults in a care facility! Not only am I CPR certified but I have my Food Handler Certificate && I am COVID-19 vaccinated! Hi, my mission is to help, assist and put a smile on every one I take care of face. Taking care of people is very important to me knowing I did my job 100%. With three years experience, I have been known to be the best employee and the best caregiver of someone's loved one. I am going to nursing school and wanting to become a registered nurse and I know I am meant to take care of people. I always feel like I can make everyday better than the day before with my positive attitude and warming heart to give. I am proud of working with co workers who are older than me but it does not make a difference and I used to train new employees on their job.
