I am laid back and easy going. My clients like me because I allow them to do whatever they're able to do. I only help them to keep them safe. I feel my client find their autonomy one of the most important things they have left. I love this work. I feel like I'm an important part of these people's lives. The one thing I hate is when I have to leave them for one reason or another.

Hello my name is kelsey I have been doing health care for 8 years I love what I do and take passion into my work. I'm really down to Earth! I'm an old soul in a young body! I almost never stop smiling! I love to talk to my elders because they have already lived many years and I love to hear their stories! I have 3 kids ranging from 6 years old to 18 months old! My 6 year old is Autistic but I manage well with everything! I always work everything at home around my work schedule! I am a girl that likes to be early to everything! Lateness is not acceptable! I have worked in Assisted living since I was 19 years old; from 2015 to 2020! I currently work with special needs adults in a care facility! Not only am I CPR certified but I have my Food Handler Certificate && I am COVID-19 vaccinated! You're vaccination status doesn't mean anything to me! That is your personal choice!

Im always there for whatever my residents may need, I always make sure they are dry and dressed nice !! I take care of my residents like I take care of my kids !

I have been in the in- home care field for 15 years . I am a patient and understanding person who likes to learn something new everyday . My compassion for our elderly is genuine . I love just being around elder people and helping them do the things they like to do or can no longer do for themselves . I've learned so much from them . My goal is to take them to the highest level of care possible and to have them feel safe in my care .
