I have been in the healthcare field six plus years. I also come with recommendation. I'm med certified and home health certificate.

I truly believe that care giving is my calling in life. I have spent 20+ years as an Administrative Assistant in the corporate world and for small companies. I started my career as a caregiver on a part-time basis and fell in love with the work. I knew that I was comfortable with the elderly at a young age, as they were always in my life. I am passionate about taking care of them, listening to what they have to say and making a difference in their life. I am a nurturer by nature and it is important to me to now share that gift with those who need it most. I am the youngest of nine (9) children so I have always taken care of my siblings children, my nieces and nephews. I have received precious memories and fulfillment from taking care of them. I my group of friends, I am always the one "taking care of things and everyone." That is just my nature. What I enjoy most about care giving is knowing that I helped someone and I was an ear to listen to them and take interest in them. I love to listen to what an elderly person has to say because I learn SO much from them. One of my patients required blood sugar readings and insulin. I learned how to administer both and I am quite proud of the fact that I have that knowledge and skill.

I have been a Nurses Aide for over 27 yrs.I have up to date CPR,First Aide,and am Med.Certified and have recently had my fingerprints and background check updated as the Board of DD required.I am reliable and responsible.I also have references from past clients family's.I have a dependable vehicle and carry full coverage insurance.

I love to help people go can't help themselves as they once could I enjoy the fact that the patients avoid stress from the help they receive Personal achievement I'm proud of is graduation high school and continuing onto college

I became a caregiver at the age of 18 simply because I needed a job and it was available to me.That was 20 years ago. Since my first client I fell in love with the job. I love being able to help people stay in the comfort of their own homes whether it be a temporary illness or end-of-life care. The pride I get from helping the families I have worked with throughout the years warms my heart. Many clients start to feel like family. It is a emotional heartbreaking experience sometimes watching someone take their last breath, but It is an honor being there to hold someones hand during this experience.

I always go above & beyond to make sure my patient is treated with respect & dignity & I go the extra mile to meet all there individual needs.I knew at 7 years old that I wanted to become a Nurses Aide when I started volunteering at the Nursing Home with My Grandma that was a Nurses Aide. I truly love being A Nurses Aide because I love taking care of others & helping someone in their time of need.
