I have been doing home care with mostly Seniors since about 2000. Before that I worked in a care facility as a caregiver before I went to nursing school. I was a nurse for 13 yrs. & a rehab aide for 14 yrs. @ a hospital in Ohio. I had CNA training in Ohio & have done mostly homecare since & continued with it since we moved to Arizona in 2003. I have been working 12Hr. 24Hr. shifts & have no problem working 2 & 3 days in a row, it's what I'm used to. I'm able to cook meals, transport to appts., or outings, grocery shop, laundry, assist with ADL's, assist with exercises, personal hygiene, & light housekeeping. I have been a caregiver since 1992. I really enjoy working with all types of patient care. In 1992 I received my Medical Assistant degree. CNA in 2015. I also have my Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance card ,CPR, Excellent Client and Professional references upon request.

I have been a CNA for a number of years it is a very rewarding career. I see myself as a giving and compassionate person, when comes to the elderly I'm very protective of their care they deserve our attention. Providing that one on one care you have that chance to make that person special.

I am fun, loving and caring, understanding and very patient. I started my life time commitment in caregiving when my father had a stroke and realized there is not enough help for our seniors. I was not happy with the care he was receiving at the hospital and rehabilitation center, so I decided to provide his care for him in my home. Since caring for my father I have had multiple long term clients whom have referred me to my next client when the job ended. I have many personal and professional references. I love providing companionship and assisting others. Many of my clients have become like family.

I am a great caregiver, because of my kind, caring, and compassionate heart I have a great love for people. I pay very close attention to details and follow directions precisely. I take pride in my work, and love the health care profession. I became a caregiver, because of my love for assisting others; especially in the medical field. Earlier in life my dream was to be a doctor, but life took me in another direction. I love the satisfaction that I get from serving others well. One thing that I am very proud of is the fact that my clients always give me rave/excellent reviews. This puts joy in my heart; knowing that I have been a blessing and help to others.

I want to pursue a career in the health field. Some day I want to be able to call myself, "Dr. Esqueda!" When that day comes, I want to be able to say i have been there and I have done it. I believe in doing so, it will make me a more compassionate and understanding doctor. Most of all, I enjoy the satisfaction of helping others. Recently I did enroll into Pre-med. My placement test scores were high enough for me to receive the Presidential Scholarship (Honor's Scholarship) at Mesa Community College; however, because I did not graduate in a high school within Maricopa county, I could not receive the scholarship. Still, I was very proud of myself and will enroll into honor classes, with or without the requirement, primarily because I love a challenge and believe one should always set their standards high. If your dream does not intimidate you then, it is not a dream.

Hi, My name is Linda. After high school I became a psychiatric tech. I worked with special needs children and adults for 10 yrs. After raising my children I became self employed and took classes and received my caregiver certificate and my CNA. I have chosen to be a caregiver because I find it rewarding and I enjoy making their days brighter and helping them to be safe and to be able to stay in their own home.I consider myself to give quality care and to be a kind, caring compassionate person.
