I have been a caregiver since 1992. I really enjoy working with all types of patient care. In 1992 I received my Medical Assistant degree. CNA in 2015. I also have my Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance card ,CPR, Excellent Client and Professional references upon request.

My professional caregiving experience dates back from 2011 after I finished my studies in fundamental of caregiving, dementia, mental health, HIV and Aids, nurse delegation, food handling and medication dispensing amongst other vital provider courses. I started and got my hands on experience working in an adult family home taking care of six live in residents for a year. I provided personal care, companionship, and transportation services. I then moved on to an agency that assigned me two clients whom I took care of until they passed on. I was promoted to the lead caregiver where my duties involved not just taking care of vulnerable adults of all ages, but also training other caregivers and stepping in to take care of transitional clients as we found them stable, long-term care providers. It was a post I loved but had to give it up when I moved. I am well trained and state registered in Washington with an active viewable licence online and currently working on getting certified here as well. I will gladly take care of you or your loved one if given the chance.

I have been a CNA for a number of years it is a very rewarding career. I see myself as a giving and compassionate person, when comes to the elderly I'm very protective of their care they deserve our attention. Providing that one on one care you have that chance to make that person special.

I am fun, loving and caring, understanding and very patient. I started my life time commitment in caregiving when my father had a stroke and realized there is not enough help for our seniors. I was not happy with the care he was receiving at the hospital and rehabilitation center, so I decided to provide his care for him in my home. For me is extremely important to use my personal energy for support my patient, but also of the family just because many patients spend mayority of the last years with me. In same way I being able to empathize and allow to put myself in the patient and family shoes. But more important is identify and ease the patient fears discomfort. I have been a caregiver most of my life. I helped raise my little sisters and took care of my Mom in my teen years after my father died. I always wanted to be a mom and have four wonderful children. My favorite times were raising them. I was a live-in caregiver for an elderly lady for two years in Washington. After she had to go into a nursing home, I entered the business world. I did customer service and became a supervisor/coach in a call center. I am very optimistic, hard working, positive and caring. I really enjoy helping people.
