Am a loving person with lots of rooms to learn something new everyday. I have experience in hospital,hospice,nursing homes and homecare setting. Am license in state of colorado with certification in nurse aide and BLS/CPR. I have knowledge of proper care, feeding, wound care, grooming and catheter care. Am a very reliable person who create positive environment and good atmosphere for patient, family member and my coworkers. I have about 13 years experience as a certified nurse aide and also have experience in housekeeping to provide help and encouragement to those who are physically disabled in other to make them feel at home and loved at all time. Am able to work with or without supervision. I am experienced in computer chatting and understand medical terminology. Monitoring patients and providing all kind of activity of daily living are my major task as a certified nurse aide. I Have good experience in most kinds of restraint monitoring and the relief period, Alzheimer, Dementia, Parkinson, sitting with group or one on one patient are also something am very good at.

I realize how important it is for our elderly to be able to age in place, I've lost loved ones in nursing homes due to lack of quality care or facilities being understaffed. Our seniors have so much to give and teach us, I've met so many amazing senior's and love to hear their stories about their lives. I work for Colorado State CDASS program caring for Quadriplegic persons with extensive training focusing on Catheter care, Wound care, Bowel program, Physical Therapy, Hoyer Lift & Sling, Nutrition & Special diet. I also have extensive knowledge of Diabetes and Epilepsy. I hold a Certificate for Mental Health First Aid.

I have been a Care Provider for 20/ years now. I truly lovemy career choice. I have worked privately, for an agency, and also for facilities. I have references, and I have passed background check. I have experienced in dementia care as well.as hospice and respite care. I have worked in Colorado, Florida and Louisiana. If you have any questions, I have my Home Health Aide certificate as well.

I am a friendly and caring people person and I very much enjoy spending time caring for others. I am certified in child and adult CPR & Universal Precautions through the Red Cross. I have seven months prior experience as a in home care provider with a company called Homewatch Caregivers of Englewood. I am familiar and comfortable with many task and responsibilities involved with providing in home care. Some tasks that I familiar with are but are not limited to; assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, cooking, exercise, and reminding of medication. It is important that I have good communication with the family of the patient to make sure all of the clients need are being thoroughly met.
