I am a very passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering selfless, purpose-driven service. I believe in servant leadership and making sound decisions in the absence of direction. I want family members to feel like I am an extension of their family, someone they can rely on when most necessary. I was attracted to caregiving by the reward that comes from helping others. Seeing people that were in need for care, when family members simply don't have time, money, or emotional longevity that is required in long-term assisted living and care. I am very proud of raising my two teenage daughters as a single mother, while working multiple jobs. It was very difficult, but highly rewarding seeing them grow, and exhibiting the same work ethic and love I try to possess.

Hello! My name is Leini Coslett. I learned the value of a dollar and what it meant to work for the things I have at a young age. This has taught me true determination along with loyalty, communication, and teamwork. My family has always been my number one priority, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm thankful they showed me that no matter the circumstances I can always figure out how to better myself and turn the odds in my favor. I'm not only strong physically but mentally. I studied hard in school allowing me get my CNA license in December of 2016, following my certification I made a big decision to join the United States Army Reserves as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) in February of 2017. My contract consisted of a Split Op program allowing me to attend basic training the summer following my junior year of high school. Upon completion I came back home to graduate High School in December of 2017, I stayed home and continued to help my family until I shipped out for Advanced Individual Training which was the school showing me how to order, track, and properly take care of sensitive items and general supplies. After my graduation in August of 2018, I returned to Kansas and moved to Manhattan to attend K- State for Psychology and Pre-Med for a brief period of time. While in Manhattan I also attended Bellus Academy and graduated with my license in Cosmetology, as well as certified in Make-Up Artistry, Hair Extensions, and Lash Extensions. Upon graduation I made the decision to return to Wichita to be closer to family, which is where I currently reside.

Hello, my name is Sarah Grunwald, and I've been a CNA since 2011. I've worked in both settings as a CNA at an assisted living facility and clients homes. My personality traits as a caregiver are super friendly, I try to get to know and understand a client and their families to provide the best care for a client to keep both family and client at ease. Being a caregiver is something just indented into my DNA. My goal is to give the best care I can give, while maintaining a client's independence so that they may stay in their homes as long as they possibly can. I enjoy caregiving it gives me a sense of accomplishment seeing that clients families are at ease knowing their loved one is being taken care of with the best care given possible.

I became a Certified Nurse Aide because I enjoy helping others. It makes me feel good to feel needed and provide my services to anyone who needs it. I am most specialized in geriatrics care and that is the department I have worked for this past year but I am open to new things. Many of the residents I take care of tell me frequently that I am a great CNA and I am kind and sweet. I love to help people and I would love this job!
