Hi I am Heather. I have been doing some sort of caregiving since I was 16 years old. I love to take care of and help people. I adapt easily to new situations. I am also going to school to become a skilled care giving nurse. I am most proud of getting my medical Assistant certification. What I enjoy most is learning about new people and places.

I am a very passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering selfless, purpose-driven service. I believe in servant leadership and making sound decisions in the absence of direction. I want family members to feel like I am an extension of their family, someone they can rely on when most necessary. I was attracted to caregiving by the reward that comes from helping others. Seeing people that were in need for care, when family members simply don't have time, money, or emotional longevity that is required in long-term assisted living and care. I am very proud of raising my two teenage daughters as a single mother, while working multiple jobs. It was very difficult, but highly rewarding seeing them grow, and exhibiting the same work ethic and love I try to possess.

Hello! My name is Leini Coslett. I learned the value of a dollar and what it meant to work for the things I have at a young age. This has taught me true determination along with loyalty, communication, and teamwork. My family has always been my number one priority, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm thankful they showed me that no matter the circumstances I can always figure out how to better myself and turn the odds in my favor. I'm not only strong physically but mentally. I studied hard in school allowing me get my CNA license in December of 2016, following my certification I made a big decision to join the United States Army Reserves as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) in February of 2017. My contract consisted of a Split Op program allowing me to attend basic training the summer following my junior year of high school. Upon completion I came back home to graduate High School in December of 2017, I stayed home and continued to help my family until I shipped out for Advanced Individual Training which was the school showing me how to order, track, and properly take care of sensitive items and general supplies. After my graduation in August of 2018, I returned to Kansas and moved to Manhattan to attend K- State for Psychology and Pre-Med for a brief period of time. While in Manhattan I also attended Bellus Academy and graduated with my license in Cosmetology, as well as certified in Make-Up Artistry, Hair Extensions, and Lash Extensions. Upon graduation I made the decision to return to Wichita to be closer to family, which is where I currently reside.

I have a good personality I show no judgment I think what makes me a good caregiver is that I really truly do care and my patience are going through enough obviously that at the end of the day and their happiness and they're once that's what matters I really enjoy, putting a smile on my patients face and not making them feel ashamed about anything and it's also important to make a good relationship with your patient as a caregiver as well.

I am a 50 year old that's very caring and a Christian woman that wants to help in any way I can with the elderly and with their needs. I've always been drawn to older people, even in my younger years. I felt like my calling was to be doing something in the caregiving field rather than working in a manufacturing place so I quit my high paying job to fulfill what I believe is a God calling for others. I have helped several elderly people, anywhere from them having dementia,Parkinson's or just needing help with food preparations and getting them to and from chair to the restroom. I truly enjoy being able to visit with my client or knowing I am making a difference in their lives as well as their families lives.

I'm patient, loving and caring caregiver I put my patients needs before my own I enjoy having conversation , playing and assisting my patients as much needed. Resident's need should be met before my own I'm proud of who I became and whom I'm becoming.

Just a little ablut myself I have two kids one girl Delilah and one boy Luka. Both of my parents have disabilities and both of my brothers and that where I got the idea of helping other people! Sometimes I'm able to help my mom and dad with house work and shopping and do other things she needs help with. I enjoy helping other people and for them to know it's no enconvience at all! I look forward to helping where I can and when I can!

I believe I'm a great caregiver because I care from the heart not the pay. The first thing that attracted me to being a caregiver was the fact that I just fell in love with the at home setting of caregiver. Growing up I always heard about people who have put the family away in a "home" when they reach their senior years, but my first interview , it was the total opposite.I worked in a house that had 6 residents, and it was theor home, they were like all room mates in a sense and I had never seen anything like it up until that day. And from then on I wanted to be a part of everything that goes along with caregiving.

I have been a caregiver for the past nineteen years and I have an extensive background and experience. I love helping others and have never considered doing anything else.

I love to care for people. I really enjoy the elderly . I've learned So much from them. I enjoy talking to them . Hearing stories. I love to cook. I like the one on one time. I get to spend with people using the CNA .
