I became a caregiver because I love to help people who can't either help themselves or needs assistance. Also because at the age of 14 I became my mother's caregiver along with my sister and grandmother until I was old enough to take care of my mother on my own for 9 years. What I like about being a caregiver is I know at the end of the day when I go home I have done my job and have made my resident and family happy. I have work in the health field now for forty years. I have all ways work with the early because the love I have for them. When I was young I help take care of my Grandmother, it was then I knew I wanted to be able to help older people. I enjoy listening to there life to see there face light up when talk about the good old days. Giving my life to the LORD is my greatest achievement in my life and giving of myself to those who need me the most.
