Hello, my name is Iesha. I'm a happy person with a great personality and people tend to take a liking to me. I got into care giving when I was 19 years old, a teenager. When my mother and grandmother got sick, I took care of them at home until they passed away. I'm a patient, compassionate, caring person and I like helping people. I'm proud to say I've been care giving for 20 years now and I love it.

Empathy and compassion is what makes me a great caregiver. I started off at 16 years old taking care of my grandpa. Making sure he take his medicine, bath, and read him versus out of his bible. As I got older I knew this is what I wanted to do I want to help the elderly patients that can no longer do much for themselves. It's essential that a caregiver feel the desire to want to help. By showing both empathy and compassion, caregivers will let the person know that they care about them and want to do what they can to help and that's what keeps me consistent. I love to keep clients smiling and talking. I received my CNA license and went to school to study for my degree in Medical Administration Assistant of Applied Science. But somehow I just went back to CNA doing what I really love for 10 years and counting. Also have my BLS license through American Heart Association

I am currently a CNA at Riverside Doctors Hospital but am looking to get into Home Health Care. I have been a CNA for over 2 years now and love every moment of it. I have a lot of patience and enjoy spending time with people. I love being there for someone's love one when they can't be, but they know that they are being well taken care of and watched over.

Hello ,my name is Monquisha but I go by Quisha I've been a CNA for 10 years now I have worked in home health, hospice and on a memory care unit. What got me into the health filed was I use to work in a facility in dining I had became so close to a lot of the patients that I was serving and it made me want to do more with the elderly. That's when I decided to go back to school for my CNA'S and I love the decision that I have made . I love caring for others and I'm very passionate about what I do in some cases a caregiver is all a patient has some have they families close and some depends totally on caregiver . And I live to be that person .

I became a licensed CNA in 1992 intending to further my education to RN while working as a CNA. Once I began working in geriatrics I absolutely loved it and decided to remain a CNA so my job would always be very hands on. I have worked in both nursing home and home health settings and while I enjoyed the teamwork and high energy required in the nursing home I also very much enjoy the relationship that grows between the caregiver and the client in a one on one setting. I truly feel that the better you know the patient the better you are able to provide the care and companionship they need. I also understand the want of individuals to remain in their own homes during their golden years and believe that with the support of family members and when matched with the right caregiver this is possible even through their hospice care.

I became a caregiver because im very passionate about helping people and caring for them. I like being able to make soneone smile and feel good about themselves because i gave a helping hand to help them better themselves. I like the fact that my kindness can make a difference. I've always wanted to become a nurse, since I was young. I enjoy caring for people young or old.
