I am very knowledgeable in the caring field. I am dependable & trustworthy. I don't have children so I put all of my heart and time into those who need me. I feel like God has blessed me with the skills and ability to have a caring heart. I strive to make your loved ones journey as safe & productive as possible. I love nurturing . One of my favorite experiences being a caregiver are the families that I meet and become close with. They become family to me too. I took care of my husband who passed after 19 years of cancer, my grandparents , who both suffered from Alzheimer's. Spent numerous years working in a rest home & for private clients in their home. Here I've learned many skills for many areas where disease affects family. If you choose me to be a part of your care team I'm confident I can complete any task asked of me. 7 years ago I started out by being a caregiver for my grandmother. She had a stroke and needed help getting around the house. Since then I've been working with others to help make their living easy. I've worked with people who have dementia. I enjoy helping others out . Especially to the ones who really need it. I worked at a memory care and assisting living facility for 6 years. I'm now looking for one on one care . I hope I can make you and your loves one life easier. I work full time but I'm free early mornings. Looking for a minimum of 15 hrs a week.Katy area ONLY.

What makes me a great caregiver is because I understand and I am kinda mad I am a great listener. I love the energy older people bring into my life. I became a caregiver because of my grandpa. I wanted to help him when he was at his low west and the brought me lots of love and happiness just being able to being support him in any way that I can. Because of him I wanted to help more people:)

Hello I am a nursing student and a Certified Medical Assistant/ Certified Nursing Assistant of 10 plus years. I have a passion for caring for elderly adults and adults with special needs since my teenage years. I'm most proud when I have my clients/ patients thank me for a job well done. My patient's and clients often feel like I go the extra mile to make sure their needs are met, however, to me its just my way of giving my clients/patients high quality healthcare. My personal achievement that I'm most proud of is getting excepted into a nursing program. I plan to own and operate my own assisted living facility in the next 5 plus years.
