Hello my name is Alexandra I love being a caregiver I like the fact of creating a bond with a family or a client taking care and helping elderly is what I love. I am most proud of my work and how families love me and the residents and family members I have built bonds with and still talk to til this very day.

I am very caring and a hard worker I like helping people and I enjoy it. I am proud of being a mother of 8 kids and being a hard worker

I am a natural caregiver as caring for others is what my purpose in life is. I care deeply for those around me and strive to encourage others to maintain a sense of independence through empowerment. I love being able to help and have been working with L'Arche as a caregiver for 12 years now. My favorite aspects of being a caregiver are around meals and hospitality. I like setting up a warm, welcoming space and making a delicious and healthy meal for others. I have two children that I love sharing my life with at the moment and am thrilled to be the one at home with them. I am very spiritual and like to find the gifts of those around me and nourish them. I love to read, sing, and play games (word games especially), but mostly I love really taking the time to listen to someone and get to know him/her well.

I work in the hospital in Thailand for 32 years. My job is. Maintains glassware by picking-up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and distributing. Provides glassware by ordering, receiving, and inventorying glassware. Keeps laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Documents information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books. Resolves problems by examining and evaluating data; selecting corrective steps. Completes projects by assisting project team; attending and participating in group and project meetings. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Enhances laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

I have been in the healthcare field six plus years. I also come with recommendation. I'm med certified and home health certificate.

I truly believe that care giving is my calling in life. I have spent 20+ years as an Administrative Assistant in the corporate world and for small companies. I started my career as a caregiver on a part-time basis and fell in love with the work. I knew that I was comfortable with the elderly at a young age, as they were always in my life. I am passionate about taking care of them, listening to what they have to say and making a difference in their life. I am a nurturer by nature and it is important to me to now share that gift with those who need it most. I am the youngest of nine (9) children so I have always taken care of my siblings children, my nieces and nephews. I have received precious memories and fulfillment from taking care of them. I my group of friends, I am always the one "taking care of things and everyone." That is just my nature. What I enjoy most about care giving is knowing that I helped someone and I was an ear to listen to them and take interest in them. I love to listen to what an elderly person has to say because I learn SO much from them. One of my patients required blood sugar readings and insulin. I learned how to administer both and I am quite proud of the fact that I have that knowledge and skill.

My name is Jada. I have a little over 3 years of experience as an STNA in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I prefer 3rd shift since that's typically what I'm used to and it's easier with my daily schedule. I take pride in keeping your loved ones cared for and watched over to make sure they're comfortable throughout the night. I can do light housekeeping and I am very pet friendly!
