I have been a caregiver for a little over 5 years, I love helping others with day to day life skills and needs I always knew I wanted to help people and once I finally started to I knew I never wanted it to end! Helping others makes me feel so much joy just knowing that the person is being properly cared for. I love getting to know each an every person I get the pleasure of working with. A good caregiver is patient, flexible, and has empathy and compassion. Those are exact reasons why I knew I wanted to take care of people! At a very young age I realize that I always wanted to help people. From taking care of younger siblings to my grandpa when he got sick. I wanted to make sure that quality of life was being lived to the fullest. I enjoyed seeing others happy because I was able to help. I knew my passion of caregiving really took a toll on me when I started my first CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) job. The experience I received really grew my passion for being a caregiver!

Hi my name is Jaedyn. I am very kind and compassionate and have a wonderful heart. I love my daytime job as a cna and love taking care of my residents. I enjoy the relationships and bonds I form with them. I usually work with the same residents everyday and getting to know them and what they like and dislike is one of the things I like best. I feel like it helps you take care of them better and helps to understand them more. I have 2 dogs who I spend most of my free time with. I like music, art, and being outside.

I am a loving and caring person who takes lots of pride in the work that I do. Taking care of people and helping people is something that I love to do and will probably do this until I can't work anymore! I am in school right now to become a nurse. My end goal is to be a an RN!

I am compassionate and patient with my residents and all I care for. I grew up in nursing homes (my mother has always been director of nursing) so I am comfortable with elderly patients. I always have the best interest of those who I help in mind and I am very easy to communicate with. I am trustworthy and would never take advantage of anyone's illness.

I have always been people oriented and always try to help whenever I can. Helping older people who have done so much to make the world what it is now just feels like an honor to do. Getting to know and help someone who has been through it all is something I enjoy very much. As of now, my best personal achievement is being able to say that I'm living on my own with my boyfriend. It may not seem like much to some, but we have built what we have from nothing. We have 2 cats, and about 30 or 40 fish in our little apartment. Selling and raising fish has always been a dream of mine and we are there.

I feel I'm a great caregiver because I care about all people and what u can do to make their lives more pleasant and easier. I became a caregiver because I took care of my mother for four years before she passed away and I feel I made a difference in her last days for the better and she was able to be in her own home for the remainder of her life which was very important to her and to our family.I really enjoy helping out and making a difference in peoples lives. I worked in a factory for 35 years and I never enjoyed it as much as I enjoy being a HOME HEALTH AIDE

During my childhood years, caring for my elderly grandparents was a part of my everyday life. They had several health issues and were in and out of hospitals frequently. I was exposed to caregivers in many different settings. The impact that kind, compassionate and informative care-giving made all the difference to me and my family. At the age of 12, I knew nursing was what I wanted to do with my life. As I pursued nursing, I started out caring for patients in a nursing home as a nursing assistant. I loved this, as I got to care for clients, just like my grandparents. The opportunity to establish connections with clients week-to-week was special! After nursing school, I moved to caring for patients in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse. The hospital experiences have given me a broad scope of skills, whether it is assisting patients with basic self-care needs, changing dressings, managing ventilators or providing education, being able to establish a rapport with patients and their family's is still one of the favorite parts of my job. I love being able to help people understand what is going on with their health and their treatment plan. Just as others demonstrated to my own family, I want each of my clients and their family members to feel safe, cared for and heard.
