I have over twenty five years experience in working with individuals from all walks of life and different background. I have worked with both children and adults with physical and developmental challenges. My driving force in this field sterns from the beautiful upbringing I had from my loving and God fearing family. I was brought up to love and care for people regardless of their background. I first started off taking care of my obesity mother. I enjoy taking care of people. I was diagnosing my patients as an aide.. and that's when I went to nursing school a become an L.P.N...I'm A mother of 3,I was told my youngest child would never walk or talk and today being her advocate she is in regular school with special education but is walking and talking.

I'm a very trustworthy, punctual, passionate, empathetic, dependable, dedicated, caring , and a nurturing certified nursing assistant. I have 21 years of experience caring for stroke, dementia, alzheimer, hospice, g-tube feeding, post surgery, total care and assisting with medication. I assist with ADLs, OT,PT and Speech therapies, getting clients back to their normal much as possible and enjoy talking, playing games( board games, cards etc) and enjoying the company of my clients. I love helping and caring for others and have a passion for providing great care.

Some personality traits that I have and have been told by fellow coworkers is that I am a sweet caring and loving person. What attracted me to be a health care giver was when my grandma had to get open heart surgery and I helped take her to the bathroom and everything else, then from there my mom got diagnosised with lung cancer and just recently passed away last year. What I enjoy most about being a care giver is seeing my patients smile because it lets me know they are happy and they enjoy my company. My personal achievements that I am proud of is being employee of the month a few times at the hospital and having patients nominate me for being a good care taker.

I became a caregiver because I care about people and I love to help others in their time of need. I have completed the LPN program at Hondros college of nursing. I an currently attending school now to obtain my BSN. I am certified in BLS, CPR and First Aide. I have experience working with clients with all sorts of medical ailments.

I am able to manage and administer medications and make doctor's appointment.I am positive and outgoing individual. I am expert in managing blood sugar and peritoneal dialysis.!
