Hello I'm Chelsae I started my caregiver career 4 years ago for my grandmother with Brain cancer , I hired in and worked side by side everyday with the caregivers from Care Linx. I have experience with lifting the patient with a gate belt and Hoyer lift. I have work with physical therapy , small fine motors with clay and play dough . And sight seeing with puzzles and matching games . I have been told by previous clients that I am a great cook ! I can also help assist with in-continents, and can provide a professional and efficient environment for this uncomfortable situation. I also have experience with catheters , cleaning and bag changes as well as a Pure-wick. I am very tidy and organized. I am also very friendly and love to take"field trips" ! I have always loved helping and taking care of people as a child. I realized it was a talent I had when I grew up and I have loved it ! I enjoy putting smiles on people's faces from the help I give them. As a caregiver, I've learned to love and beloved by my patients. They teach me new things each day. I feel what makes me a great caregiver are a few reasons: I'm experienced in this field, I'm patient and I know what to expect and how to handle whatever occurs from the job. I became a caregiver because it was similar to the very first job I had, which was a patient attendant at U of M Hospital, that was a rewarding job that I enjoyed, and ever since then I've been in this field most of my time working. I like being a caregiver because I like helping people, and the job is very rewarding despite things that may occur on the job. I have my CNA diploma.

I believe what helps me be a great caregiver is that I treat each person as if they were apart of my own family, I have a very warm and welcoming heart. I've always had a joy for caring for others, doing for others is part of being a good person. I enjoy the happiness that I am able to bring to someone's life.

I am a very loving and caring person I love taking care of the elderly. I been a nursing assistant since I was 18 yrs old never wanted to really do anything else but take care of people. I like getting to no them about there families. I like to make them smile comfort them the best I no how. When I go home at the end of the day I no I have done a good job and every job I have work everyone love how I work and how I communicate with the residents.

I have been a care giver for over 10yrs I made this choice for my profession because of the empathy and compassion my heart holds for those who are in need. I know in some cases the type of care might be different and require special attention based on the individual. I'm experienced in caring for people who are Visually impaired,Physically or mentally Disabled, Alzheimer's disease,Dementia,Parkinson's disease, M.S. and those who are in Hospice Care. In addition to my certifications I am a certified CNA ( Certified Nurse's Assistant) I enjoy bringing my positive, care free spirit in the environment of the person I'm caring for. I know their lives have been altered in so many ways and my only hope is to help provide them with the upmost care, love and guidance. I hope to help them through their bad day's and make their good days filled with joy and comfort. For me that's the satisfaction I get out of being a care giver.
