After finishing three years in the United States Army (active duty) I decided to pursue a career in law enforcement. After receiving my bachelors degree in law enforcement I was promoted to police officer and I have been a license police officer for the City of Burnsville Minnesota since 2009. I have a wide, extensive history of working with people in need due to mental and physical disabilities. I like helping others and look forward to continuing to serve others that need assistance.

I started my career as a caregiver 12 years ago. I started off with direct care specialists with just one client who had Alzheimer Disease. During my days with her, I was able to see life through her eyes and my passion for caregiving increased. Knowing that I'm helping others to live and feel normal part of society, gives me so much peace and joy! Being a caregiver have increased my patience not only for my clients but for all human regardless of their background. Caregiver is not just a job but I truly love and care for my clients. I became a care giver when my grandmother got severely ill at the age of 12. I took care of my sick grandmother for over 5 years before she passed away. That moment made me realize that there was nothing di could enjoy more than helping individuals get to better states in their lives. The satisfaction I see in my clients face during the time of care I provide is beyond any type of reward anyone can offer. I take pleasure in knowing that I have impacted someone’s life in a positive way. I am a certified nursing assistant also certified as a HHA and have my CPR and first aid. I am in my nursing program to be a nurse in a year or so. I have a great amount of knowledge about personal care and different methods and techniques that someone that doesn’t have my experience would have. I am very hard working. Capable of doing almost any task. I have worked in different settings before such as nursing homes, group home and in home service.
