I am proud to say that being a caregiver, i became a very very understanding person dealing with clients. I developed a close bond to my clients, spending time with them listening to their stories. I give them respect and dignity. To be able to bring some sunshine and smiles and laughter to my clients is already a big achievement to me. I worked with clients with dementia, COPD. I have experience with home hospice care as I took care of my mother and father in law who both had cancer and were home during hospice. To present day, I have worked for the school district (38 years) I have worked with severely disabled , Autism , Down's Syndrom, Ms , and more. Familiar with Dementia and elderly . I am a 58 year old mother of Twins who turned 24 this April. Both children live out on their own and have made me a grandmother . My son works for Kaiser call center and my daughter works at Walmart . My husband and I were both born and raised here in San Diego and reside in Lakeside nearest to Santee. My husband works as a truck driver delivering dry wall. I work in Special Education at a middle school. I love people , children and animals. I also run a small cleaning business for private homes . I have many people who can provide references to my character and skills. I pride myself in being responsible , trust worthy , punctual and caring . I love helping others.
