1.Why did you become a Caregiver? 2.What do you like about being a Caregiver? 3.What is a personal achievement you are proud of? 4.Tell us something about yourself. 1.)My parents suddenly fell ill and I had to care for them because they had a tremendous need. 2.)Being able to show a person in need that someone genuinely cares for them and making a new friend, then being their friend. 3.)I was able to take care of my parents and tend to them through several venues such as - driving them to appointments, helping them in and out of cars, cooking health conscious low sodium meals - WITH FLAVOR, and just being with them and listening to them talk. 4.)My name is Robert Wayne Frazier. I live in West Monroe, Louisiana. I have a wife and two girls that are finishing their freshman years in college. I have a dependable vehicle in which I can travel to jobs or transport people to appointments. I like to drive and cook and sit and listen to people tell me the stories they have to tell. I have enjoyed my job and helping other for over 20yrs.I treat others love ones as I would my own.It is hard to be able to trust your love ones with someone else.So I try to reassure them that their family are in good hands.God had Blessed me to continue to do the work that I love.And going to do my best.

I am a great care giver because I treat the individual(s) like they are of my own family. I am a firm believer of treating others how you want to be treated. I became a care giver because it provides such an awarding feeling that I am proud of, it builds my character, and I feel accomplished. I am a very loving person, love caring for kids and elderly people. I love helping people and being there for family members and strangers. What attracted me to being a caregiver is when I was 15 years old my aunt who was suffering from cancer needed help and she was in need of help , so I was there with my mom helping her with my aunt and caring for her. I love learning new things when it comes to caring for elderly and young people. When doing daily activities we learn new things just like they do if they are suffering from dementia. Making sure the clients are well taken care of properly, happy, and needs are met is my main goal. Becoming a caregiver was a achievement that I mastered because I love taking care of people that need extra help.

I am a surgical technologist, I became a caregiver because I love to be around people. I have a specialty in urology particularly bladder and prostrate cancer patients. I worked for Dr. Arthur Liles for 3 yrs and can have a recommendation from him if need be! I am a hard worker and good listener. I am a caring loyal and dependable person.

I absolutely love the elderly! They are a passion, their care and families deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and to get the best care I can give them.
