I love my residents, I also love helping others .. I started off working in health care as a housekeeper and I got attached to the residents and started wanting to help more so I got my temp cna .. I enjoy the most about caregiving is helping them with things they cannot do they self .. my personal achievement is that I started last year and April and now still going with my career

Hi i'm Erica! I have been a caregiver in an assisted living facility and also private homes. Most of the people i have cared for all wanted the same thing. They want to feel useful and wanted even tho they need help completing everyday task. Letting a client do something for themselves with only small assist helps keep their minds sharp and helps them feel a little more independent! I enjoy seeing people feel accomplished and happy.

I enjoy learning about my clients and their experiences throughout their lives and I feel that's the main thing I was looking for coming into this line of work. Building a rapport with all of the patients and residents I've worked for is the most rewarding experience I've had still to this day I'm in contact with some of the first residents I ever had I'm here to not only be a caregiver but as well a friend and companion.

I have a dependable vehicle in which I can travel to jobs or transport people to appointments. I like to drive and cook and sit and listen to people tell me the stories they have to tell. Hi I'm Allison, I'm a very fun loving, caring, responsible and trustworthy person... which is the reason I thought about being a caregiver. Also my grandma was a caregiver for over 8 years for an elderly woman with dementia and I was around enough to see how much of a positive impact my grandma had on that woman's life and I want to be a part of something like that.
