I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. I became a caregiver because it was something I was always interested in and also when my sister got diagnosed with Lupus I saw how much helped she needed and I knew this was what I was supposed to do. This has been my dream of working in the medical field since I was young. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes, Dr. Office and cared for people in their homes over 30 years. What attracted me to this field was I use to go to work with my mother when I was in Jr. High School caring for patient in a nursing home, and the Private clients in their homes.
