Grip-Free Hold on Toothbrush

Avoid having to hold a toothbrush when you brush your teeth by attaching the toothbrush to your hand with a wide elastic or rubber band. Lay the toothbrush in your palm, with the brush head close to the thumb. Loop the rubber band just below the brush head. Then, bring the band behind the hand, and loop it over the handle. Now you can brush your teeth even if your grip is too weak to grasp the toothbrush! Be sure you choose a band that isn’t too tight.
