Hi my name is Jinnette but everyone calls me Jae. Im very fun friendly and cheerful and love to be around people and help out. I love being a care taker because its a good way to express my love for people and the enjoy I take in helping out others. What I enjoy about being a care taker is the happiness I could bring to someone else by just being there for them. The achievement Im most proud of are my kids and how sweet the are and caring. I hope I get to spread my love to others by being a care taker!

I believe I have great personality traits for the job. I'm very patience and compassionate to others. I'm dependable and trustworthy and alert to things going on. I've always been interested in taking care of someone else's needs and wants and I've always wanted to be there for others. The most I enjoy about being a caregiver is putting others before myself and taking care of others. A personal achievement I'm proud of is ever since I was young I've wanted to become a health care provider and I've always wanted to start at the bottom and work my way up to become a Registered Nurse and so far I've gained my Certified Nursing Assistant license and then I plan to attend college in the near future for my Registered Nursing license.

What made me wanna be a caregiver is impacting peoples life and making them smile

I have done caregiving roughly about 6 years. I love working with older people I enjoy giving back to the elder! I like helping doing things in need.

In the past years I have had the pleasure of offering my free time to the elderly and their love ones I grew a close bond with them. Over the years I have noticed that they have a great need for someone to care for them far beyond my free time could give, I decided to change my career path. It was a pleasure for me as PCA to assist them by meeting their daily needs and to see the smiles on their face and joy in their heart is priceless. I have developed strong skills in assisting my patients with their daily activites of living. I have great communication skills,customer service skills, and organization skills. I have about 5 and a half years of experience as an in home care provider, I'm not CNA certified however I am currently working on returning to school to finish getting my RN. I do have my basic life support, CPR and youth mental health certifications. I have experience working with disabled and elderly clients. I'm very interested and enthusiastic to stay on this career path. I have a big heart and care deeply for everyone of my clients. Im going to start off by saying being a caregiver takes alot of responsibility and time, overtop of that caregiving shows more love to others. Watching my mom be a CNA for more than 8 years opened my eyes to care for elderly.
