Hello,I've been in the home health business for 25yrs. I'm comfortable and familiar with every aspect of care giving . I've never met a stranger a day in my life,I can get along with anyone. I'm a quick study and welcome learning something new everyday.

I am Tiffany Wampler! I'm 20 years old, and a full time college student. I have always had a dream to care for/treat patients. I have worked in the nursing field since I was old enough to have a job. I work 2 years in the nursing home and decided to go to home health when I moved for college. I enjoy being the patients person, when they are felling down and out I want to be the one to give them a reason to smile. I am most proud of my personal skills, I have never met a stranger and have been described as selfless and genuine.

I believe what makes me a good caregiver. Is I have alot of patience, hard working, caring and down to earth. I decided to become a caregiver because I love helping others in need. I treat my clients as if they were apart of my family, which is with care and respect. Making my client laugh is my main goal. Laughter is good for the heart. It warmed my heart when a few clients I use to work with told me that they loved me for taking such good care of them. That reassured me that I achieved my goal taking care of them the best I can.

Am honest& dependable,have experience. Have worked@ two retirement homes,over 9 years experience,also have been a private caregiver. Have always loved working with elderly,grew up without grandparents, see them as my own. It's so easy to fall in love with them. Most what I enjoy being a caregiver is just being able to help residents &giving back, they are someones parents, grandparents. Really enjoy their stories &their reactions when I show to work everyday. My personal achievement am proud of being a good,honest,loving caregiver. Just being there for the elderly who are dependent on me. It's rewarding job.

I am trustworthy, dependable, honest, caring, loving and most of all patient. I have been a caregiver for almost 15 years, I have worked with many clients over the years and I would have to say I still learn something new with each and every new client is why I do this. I enjoy getting to know the clients and seeing the happiness on their faces when the goals and achievements are met that they made. A personal achievement I made would be graduating college with my associates degree and maintaining a 4.0 GPA.

I have been a caregiver/CNA since 2010. I have worked in home health and in nursing homes. I helped my great grandfather when he became wheelchair bound in 2008 until he passed away I. 2016. I also help care for my great grandmother so she can remain home. I find being a caregiver and CNA a very rewarding job. Not only do I get to help someone but I always learn something new from healthcare to US history. Doing jobs like this requires building a relationship with them so they can trust you but feel safe. Since I am a certified CNA I do follow protocol and laws that come with it not just for my safety but also for the person I'm caring for.

Hello, my name is Mandy. I have been a CNA since 2001 and worked before I was certified, when I was 16. This is all I know. I became interested in nursing through my mom who is a retired RN. I have 6 months left of clinicals and I will receive my RN as well. My goal is too become a nurse practitioner. I currently work for hospice and I am proud of the comfort and dignity that I give to my patients and patients family. I love every single one of them. I come highly recommended. I am caring, empathetic, and quick to learn. I have been around all ages and have seen & experienced many different disabilities or health conditions. I tend to be a fixer. I know majority of the patients are probably going to be terminal but personally, I believe everyone in life is considered terminal. I look at things as if we aren't going to get out alive, so let's 1. Meet the necessary needs for each patient. 2. Let them enjoy the life they have left here with the people they love & by doing the things they love. I think for the most part when you have a heart that's keen to the caregiving industry, the most enjoyable thing is getting to go home with a fulfilling, "I did good for someone who truthfully needed it" feeling. But most of all, there's no story like an old story. I love to listen to them, to take in as much as I can but making sure I still fulfill my professional expectations while doing so. My heart is kind and ready to help or do everything in my power to keep these patients happy. Being that I am only 24, I don't have a whole lot of personal achievements that I'm beyond ecstatic to share just yet. But I think in this moment, answering this question, my most proud achievement so far is overcoming the life that I chose for myself. Overcoming the toxic family, overcoming my own personal self doubts or self worth. To feel like enough is enough some days & to know I am worthy of this life, to know God has put me here to do his work so He can sit back and watch is an overwhelming, gracious humbleness. I am a honest, caring, loving person that loves helping others. I started wanting to be a caregiver at a young age. I was 16 when I helped my mom with my Nanny and Papaw my Nanny had breast cancer and my Papaw had dementia. It's my passion to be able to help others. I have a big heart and I am a kind hearted person.

I am a current senior Nursing student at Tarleton State University and have a minor in neuroscience and biology. I am a huge advocate for patient care and needs. I enjoy helping others get better and being there for people that have an increase in need. I have an extensive background in science research and I also have a background in patient care in various hospital settings and throughout the community as a student nurse.
